Exchanges:

  • In-store or online purchases can be exchanged within 30 days with the original receipt.
  • Products must be unused and have intact price tags.
  • Staff will verify items for exchange based on purchase price.

Online Order Exchanges:

  • For defective online orders, email customer support within 30 days with pictures.
  • A verification call will confirm the exchange.
  • TCS/Call Courier will collect defective items upon verification.
  • A coupon for the same value will be issued for online shopping (7 business days).

Return Option:

  • You can return online orders by taking them to any TCS/Call Courier store (call for pickup).
  • We'll cover the pickup cost.
  • You'll receive a coupon for the original purchase price, valid for online shopping after 15 days (subject to expiry).

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Sale items are not exchangeable.

Refunds:

  • Cash refunds are not offered.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing.
  • Shipped orders follow our exchange policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or declined payments.
